Winter Plant ID Hike in Reinstein Woods

Join with fellow plant people for a winter hike in Reinstein Woods. We will meet at the Nature Center at 1pm and hike a 45 minute loop led by Charlotte Way to learn how to identify native trees and shrubs in winter using buds, bark and branching patterns. Great opportunity to meet folks and learn about seasonal adaptations, ecology and ID tips.
Please dress appropriately for the weather, including sturdy boots or snowshoes (limited rentals of snowshoes are available at the Nature Center).
